We have also included select non-skiing activities that occur through the rest of the year.

Green Valley Circle and Buckingham Parkway

It's that time again. Our winter schedule is coming together and we're beginning the transition from hiking to skiing and snowboarding. Former 4SW Coach Joe Vinson

will help you get in shape for the winter season.

It's a fun workout that targets the muscles that you use to enhance your skiing and snowboarding outings. The workouts are free and guaranteed to improve your performance and enjoyment on the slopes. You definitely use different muscles than when you walk or jog. The class is especially beneficial if you haven't skied or snowboarded for a while. Even better if you plan on taking lessons for the first time.

This activity is free and the fun starts at 8 AM every Saturday and lasts about an hour. The sooner you start, the easier it is. Your non-skiing activities will benefit, also. For more information, call Joe at (323) 292-0562.
